🙁 Help: Should I shut down the academy?

If you’re new here - I’m Frances, a Certified Notion Consultant and Founder of The Notion Bar (150+ clients - explore my testimonials).

I need your help understanding how I can be useful

Last September, I started the Big Notion Energy Academy:

🎓The Big Notion Energy Academy

• The problem: The general demographic I attract (primarily women and POC) struggle to afford 1:1 Notion business coaching (start at £100/hour)

• My solution: Monthly group coaching in the Big Notion Energy Academy

  • £29.95/month

  • 1 x 90 minute session

  • New release tutorials

  • Open floor for questions

  • Recordings

  • Access to the link archive

However,

• New sign-ups have stopped

• No one is signing up for sessions

• I actually have less paid subscribers than before

How do I be useful to you?

• Should I

  • Stop the subscription and hold monthly donation-based events?

  • Carry on the monthly academy and a) add features to it? b) make it cheaper?

  • Stop the monthly academies altogether and introduce a new perk that you find valuable?

• Basically:

  • I *need* to create some form of “passive”/recurring income to keep this newsletter alive

  • I *will* be investing more time on YouTube - tell me what you want videos about

  • I’ve also been thinking about building a job board for “Notion-friendly” companies????
