✨ STEAL my content automation flow✨
There are two things in life I can guarantee - Notion coming up with 1,000 updates cos they can 💅🏽 and people asking me ‘how I produce so much content’. To appease the masses, I’ve made a little video & guide breaking it down:
Tiktok failed to load.Enable 3rd party cookies or use another browser
I genuinely invest in everything below - any tools starred happen to have an affiliate program
HACK 1: Automatic Tweet > IG Screenshot Flow:
Tools needed: Hypefury* (tweet scheduler), Zapier (app connector)+ Pikaso (tweet image creator)
I preload Hypefury with tweets & content pillars in the recurrent posts section
I create a weekly schedule based on the pillars e.g. every Friday at 6pm, tweet something from the ‘Callouts’ category.
At the moment I only want tweets that include ‘🧨’ to get pushed through to Instagram. I make sure anything I want to get pushed through to Instagram starts with this emoji in Hypefury
In Zapier, I create a new zap for the Twitter > Pikaso > Instagram flow
For the first step of the zap, I filter the tweets I want to send through to Instagram (watch the video for more details)
For the second step of the zap, I set up the connection from Twitter to Pikaso and choose the styling I want
For the third step of the zap, I connect Pikaso to my Instagram Business account with a pre-filled caption (watch the video for more details)
Everything gets posted automatically 🫶🏽
HACK 2: Auto-distribute TikToks:
Tools needed: Repurpose.io*
All my ‘short-form’ videos start life in TikTok
They then get sent to Repurpose.io where they are distributed to all my social platforms.
Within each platform, there are customisation options where I can dictate things like keeping/removing hashtags and adding default text.
