✨ The Notion AI academy✨

Everyone is chatting about AI. Heck, pretty much every tool out there is rolling out their own version of product, that includes AI. Notion is no different. But how do you use Notion AI and what can it be used for?

Notion have done us a solid and rolled a ‘Notion AI Academy’. Videos in the academy include What is artificial intelligence?, Improve writing with Notion AI, Simplify tasks with Notion AI, How to write good AI prompts & Augmenting daily work with AI.

I’m very excited to dig into these videos! I use Notion AI daily, but haven’t had a chance to really dig into it. Given the subject-matter of the videos, I have a feeling this will be good training for AI tools beyond Notion as well

✨Notion x Coachella✨

If you didn’t already think Notion was an official part of the Zeitgeist, let this be evidence for you. The hottest item at Coachella wasn’t a Jacquemus bucket hat or a Gucci bucket hat, but a Notion bucket hat. A festival-goer was spotted wearing one of the exclusive Notion bucket hats - arguably even harder to get than a Jacquemus or Gucci bucket hat, because you can’t even buy it in stores.

Notion hands out merch at its city pop-ups - the lines are long to get hands on the perch, so this definitely won a little clout. Sort of an ‘if you know, you know’ vibe. On top of that, it was poetic justice that the bucket hat was spotted by Francisco, Notion’s community manager.

Bucket hats are just the beginning. It's clear that Notion has successfully cultivated a devoted following, who are so devoted, that they would ditch designer for SaaS merch. Is this this a new level of hypebeast?!

Notion would definitely do well by opening a merch store, but this may also be a counter-productive move, as the exclusivity of the merch seems to definitely add value. What do you think?
