As a Certified Notion Consultant with over 150+ clients, 3 years of Notion consulting experience and 10 years of project management/ops experience, I’ve learned a thing or two. I’m launching a new ‘VIP day’ package to meet an increasing need I’m seeing with my clients.
Balancing the latest Notion updates with your team’s evolving needs deserves the same kind of dedicated love you would give a flourishing garden or caring for a cashmere sweater. Unofficially, someone on your team might take on the duties of ‘Notion Person’. I work with a lot of self-appointed ‘Notion people’ on my coaching calls and Notion now has a whole ‘Notion Champions’ community.
Similar to the rise of ‘Salesforce administrator’, businesses are recognising the value of making this official and are starting to actively hire ‘Notion people’ as part of their operations practices - I’m propositioned for this, a lot.
Any good business goes with the tide, so I’ve decided to officially offer ‘VIP days’. Each month, on a rolling contract, you will get a dedicated day (5 hours) to use as you need - up-skill struggling team members in a live ‘Notion clinic’, highlight workspace frictions and/or adopt any necessary updates. Perhaps you need VIP multiple days? The flexibility is yours.
Think of it as monthly ‘systems therapy’ that will reduce operational friction and help you move faster towards your goals. Bonus? I work with teams in all kinds of industries, so I have exposure to build ideas/solutions you might not even know you need!

✨ Notion says, databases are sexy ✨
Databases (along with toggles 😮💨 ) are arguably the sexiest thing about Notion. NOTION HAS A LAUNCHED A MINI-COURSE ON DATABASES
Honestly, once I figured out how to use databases, it unlocked the potential of using Notion not just as a note-taking and productivity tool, but as a possibility tool, where you can literally build yourself custom mini-apps for anything. Calendar view, gallery view list view - *everything starts life as a database*.
Disclaimer: Not everything needs to be a database (I love a good checkbox list, personally - see below). BUT, if you’re looking to using Notion *seriously*, (essential with managing data in teams) it’s an essential skill to have locked down.

So we’ve established that databases are sexy, but what if we made Notion… in general sexy? Notion’s branding has thrived off the ‘clean minimalist aesthetic’ - v family/investor friendly, ya know.
BUT, let’s keep it real, Notion is legit a blank canvas where you can build *anything* you want. Whether we like to talk about it or not, sexuality/sensuality - and whatever that means to you - is a big part of our human existence. There’s definitely some NSFW content going down in a Notion workspace.
Prediction: in the future, there will be some kind of NSFW Notion community arising… somewhere (if it doesn’t exist already 👀).
